The High Efficiency Grain / Rice / Corn Expander
Machine introduction:
Our rice puffing machine adopt electrical heating mode, by 6 pieces heating tube to puff grains,suitable for puffing all types of rice, millet , wheat, barley etc,process the grains to produce puffy food , with crispy taste and lively shape .
The machine have a automatic control device ,you can set the heating time and temperature,you put the materials into roller, the machine roll material automatically,feed material on one side, discharge material on another side, work continuously ,heating quickly and save power.
Heating temperature uniformity, automatic temperature control, stainless steel roller and heating element, long use life.
Convenient operation, roller using insulation material, temperature is not lost in the cylinder, fast speed, managing electric energy, reduce cost.
Raw materials: corn flour, wheat flour ect
Products: all kinds of snacks with different shapes and types
Capacity: 120-150kg/h, 200-250kg/h,400-500kg/h
