Corn flakes/Breakfast cereal is a kind of crispy food, with the characteristics of hard to be steeped broken and strong grain taste.It is mainly made from corn flour and other grains powder. The production line includes mixing, extruding ,flaking,drying,high tempeture backing,flavoring and .It can be used as a snack or served with milk and coffee.Change molds and choose the right process to produce circles, balls, sheets, stars, letters and other products,and produce core filling snack food, filling biscuit ,nutrition breakfast, corn flakes and other puffed foods.
Processing Line Description
Mixer → Screw conveyor → Extruder→Vibrating feeder→Drum-type dryer→Air Conveyor→Flaking machine→Air conveyor→Dryer→Hoister→Vibrating feeder→High temperature inflated oven→Flavoring line→Dryer→Cooling mchine

The screw are made of the alloy steel and speical craft,durablr usesge,high pressure,the screw life is longer.
The forced lubrication system,can guarantee the equipment transmission life longer.
Auto-temperature control system makes the temperature control more direct viewing and the parameter more precise.
Self cleaning,when stopping,it can be cleaned without disassembling.
